Are you at risk for vision loss from either Glaucoma or Retinal Disease? Do you have a family history of either of these conditions? Did you know that certain ethnic groups are more susceptible to Glaucoma? Our office now has state-of-the-art diagnostic technology available that can detect Glaucoma up to eight years before conventional testing. The Heidelberg Retina Tomograph (HRT) creates a high resolution digital image of the retina that can reveal abnormal microscopic changes resulting from disease. A Blood Flow Analysis of the Optic Nerve will be performed on all patients with Glaucoma risk factors.
