Our new Smart Mirror measurement system allows us to determine the exact dimensions of your progressive lenses that are accurate to a tenth of a millimeter!  Do you have difficulty selecting a frame because you can't see yourself in the mirror without your glasses? Our digital frame styling system allows you to see yourself in any frame and view multiple styles simultaneously! Optomap Retinal Examination (See Testimonials) and Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) scanning uses light energy to view a cross section of your retina magnified up to 100 times larger than normal.   Computer assisted eye exams, contact lens fittings of all types including the new Synergeyes Hybrid contact lens, Orthokeratology/Corneal Refractive Therapy, co-management for laser and cataract surgeries. Outside prescriptions welcome.

Large selection of frames-we carry over 600 designer frames including Gucci, Oakley, Ray Ban, Salvatore Ferragamo, Anne Klein,  Switch Sunglasses, Bebe, Prodesign, Tommy Bahama, Maui Jim, Calvin Klein, Nine West, Adidas Sport Sunglasses, Cole Haan, Joseph Abboud, Revlon, Juicy Couture, Tura, Nike, Airlock, Flexon, Elle, Esprit, Nautica,  and many more. State of the art computerized frame selection. All examinations include use of computerized prescription testing and diagnostic digital imaging.  Visioffice computerized eyeglass lens measurement system determines lens specifications accurate to within 0.1 mm.

Insurance Plans

Here are the requirements we expect from patients while we are providing healthcare and keeping everyone safe:
  1. ALL SERVICES MUST BE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!  You need to call to make an appointment for any visit to the office.  This is a requirement to maintain social distancing inside the building.  If you come to the office without an appointment you will be asked to wait in the parking lot until there is time to see you.  If you are only picking up an item or dropping something off we should be able to help you between appointments by placing the item outside the front door in a box labeled for that purpose. 
  2. Fill out the patient information and medical history online at our website:  www.eyefocus.com   This will eliminate the need to use a paper form.  The online form will be entered into your exam form in our database.  Click on the three horizontal lines in the upper left corner of the homepage.  Click on "Patient Forms".  If you do not have an account, click on "Sign Up".  Follow the instructions and your information/medical history will be automatically in your record.
  3. When you arrive for your appointment, please call our office from the parking lot so you can be let into the building.  The door will be locked to limit the number of people in the building.  
  4. WEAR A MASK!  No one will be seen without a mask.  MAINTAIN SOCIAL DISTANCING AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.  This will not be possible during the actual examination process.  
  5. If you have any signs or symptoms of a flu or flu-like illness you will not be allowed into the building. Your temperature will be measured.
  6. You can try on frames but do not put any frame you tried on back on the display board.  A tray or box will be provided for you to return the frames you tried on so they can be sterilized.  
  7. We recommend that you conduct all business transactions over the phone after your visit.  Your prescription and receipt can sent to you via email.  If there is someone standing in the area near the front door that blocks your exit, a staff member can help you exit out a side or back exit door.  A staff member will call you to take care of any administrative paperwork.
  8. It is recommended that you have the Optomap Retinal Exam and Optical Coherence Tomograph (OCT) tests performed.  These tests do not require a close distance.
  9. If you need to have your current eyeglasses adjusted or handled by a staff member, they will need to be pre-cleaned beforehand.
  10. We prefer that you pay your bill with a credit card over the phone.  

During 2022 our office will be closed November 24-26, and December 24th.  We are closed on Mondays.
